James Balistreri knows a good thing when he sees it. When a popular restaurant on Blue Mound Road announced that it was closing, Jim knew that it would be perfect for the second location of Balistreri’s.

“I honestly couldn’t have imagined anyone else owning it,” said Jim. In its short three year existence as Balistreri’s Bluemound Inn, this latest addition has quickly become a favorite among people looking for fine dining in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.

The same great pizzas are available at the Bluemound Inn as at the legendary 68th Street location, but the Blue Mound address specializes in steaks, fresh fish and more elaborate Italian specialties.
